Newpklok's Terms and Conditions

Newpklok (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider. • If your details change, please update your account settings accordingly.

Newpklok is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from using the platform. Providing an incorrect date of birth at registration, or failing a subsequent age verification check, will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Newpklok may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Withdrawal access may be suspended until the required documents are submitted.

Please make sure you fully understand the applicable rules before placing any bet on Newpklok. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Newpklok officially declares the event void. For live betting, odds may change due to network delays.

All odds on Newpklok are determined using our own calculation methodology. If a technical error or incorrect odds are identified for any event, Newpklok reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the affected bets. In the event of any dispute regarding results, Newpklok's decision shall be considered final.

Newpklok strictly prohibits betting using multiple accounts, using bots or automated software, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds will be forfeited.

Deposits on Newpklok can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Processing typically takes between 24 and 72 hours, though it may be faster for accounts with completed KYC verification. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• Try to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A specified wagering requirement must be completed before any withdrawal. For welcome bonuses, this is typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount, though exact terms may vary by offer.

• Each promotional code can only be used once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account suspension.
• Newpklok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
